I am a Human Resources and Organisational Development professional working with organisations to get the very best from their people.

I have a background both in strategic and operational HR and use this experience to support organisations with their day to day and longer term people needs.

I work with organisations to explore and develop their culture, create their values and through engagement ensure that we embed them in all that they do.

As an accredited Insights Discovery Practitioner I work with clients on a one to one, team and business basis to enable them to discover more about themselves and how they can better work together creating “insights for people and breakthroughs for business”.

I love to work with individuals, teams and organisations on their journey of self discovery and am passionate about supporting people to explore their own behavioural preferences, the impact this has on them and the results it has on their work.

You receive your own unique personality profile based on your responses to the Insights evaluator and from here we can work together in a one to one coaching relationship or in a facilitated team session.

The profile is versatile and on top of the foundation chapter which gives you so much insight into your personal style, interaction with others, values, strengths and weaknesses we can decide whether you want a more in depth look at your management style, your communication, your sales effectiveness and, or your personal achievement and development.

Often seen as a tool for those working in larger organisations I find this tool is really beneficial for clients who run their own businesses and want to invest in themselves. I have developed individual packages to enable you to get the best out of your profile through an exploration and follow up coaching session; helping you to discover more and develop an action plan to take your journey forward.

I also love to see and hear the “how do they know that about me” and “that’s so you” moments when teams come together on their journey and share their profiles with each other. The impact of understanding how to get the best out of yourself and those around you can have on a business or team is transformational - playing to strengths and recognising areas of development can make all the difference in how you approach decision making, who is going to come up with ideas, who will ensure the right people are involved and who can provide the detail and information to support you. .

I work with organisations across a whole range of HR and OD matters, from one off pieces of work to longer term collaborations.

Your business is my business and we work together to find the best solutions and implement them so that you get the best results.

  • designing and delivering training interventions such as management development programmes
